There needs to be a column with both stairs and an elevator. On the ground floor, this need to have two doors into it, one from the parking garage/street and one from the management office.
You need to be able to go to the front desk without leaving the building and going out into the weather to do so. The tower that is not above the office and is, instead, above the bicycle parking garage should be able to walk through the garage to access the office and still be protected from the weather.
The stairwell and elevator area should require a key or keycard. If you aren't a resident, you shouldn't be able to get into there.
It needs to be glassed in on the first floor so the front desk can see that area for security reasons. It will make it harder for people to try to sneak into the building who don't belong there.
The mailboxes need to be in a secured, glassed in area between the stairs and the front desk that can be accessed 24/7, even when the office is closed but only if you have a key to that area. The mail boxes need to ALL have keys to them so mail is secure and it is convenient for the mail delivery person to drop packages at the front desk to be held by management and just leave a note in the box that management has your package.
UPS, FedEx, Uber Eats and other delivery services will by default deliver to the front desk which will have extended hours to support that even if after a certain hour, it's JUST concierge services and security but NOT someone qualified to rent you an apartment. The front desk will then contact residents -- there needs to be a means to do that -- to notify them "your package/meal/whatever is here."
Every floor of the stairwell and elevator column needs a bench. The stairs and elevators need to end on the ROOF of each tower so residents can access the designated smoking area and maintenance can access solar panels or whatever else might be up there.
