I was thinking it might be cool to have two restaurants or eateries on the ground floor of the building where they had a pick up window or pizza portal style pickup oven or something like that.
You would need to reconfigure the building a bit. Maybe put the rental office, concierge services and mail boxes in the middle in front of the garage so the ground floor of each tower is a restaurant.
I'm not an architect. I just was thinking if you had restaurants on the premises, people could get takeout without a delivery fee and this would be economical and convenient.
If some of your residents are elderly or single parents, it would be a hugely attractive detail that you can basically get delivery without a delivery fee if the ground floor contains one or two restaurants or eateries of some sort.
You place your order online or by phone, take the elevator down, grab your food, go back to your room. Some people would do that pretty regularly if they liked the restaurant or restaurants in question, even if they were on a budget and not one of your well heeled vacation home part-time residents.
